A Year In Review

Seeing as it was GamingHUD’s first birthday yesterday, I figured I’d embark on what is a hopefully fun and interesting exercise by presenting some stats pertaining to the site. It’ll also serve as an archive of sorts if I happen to do this again in the future! Date range is 30th November 2010 to 30th November 2011.

Total Pageviews (Everytime a page or post is viewed)*: 277,581.  This amounts to a daily average of 780 (plus change).
Total Visitors (Everytime someone has visited the site): 125,720.  On average, one visitor looks at 2.2 pages before leaving.
Unique Visitors (People new to the site) : 73,168.  That’s 205 completely new people checking out the site per day on average. This means the remainder are return visits, which is cool too!

Well, that’s about all the stats I can think to present from what has been, in my opinion anyway, a good first year. It’s pleasing to me anyway to see how far the site has come and that we have interesting plans ahead, considering I started it on my lonesome with very little support! Here’s to an even better year.
